Kitchens & home renovations · Polegate
New kitchens and whole-home renovations in Polegate.
Polegate’s railway story continues in the Cuckoo Trail and the former railway land of Jubilee Nature Reserve. Nearby Polegate Windmill, on the Willingdon side, adds an earlier working landmark. Planning a new kitchen or a bigger renovation in Polegate? Integral looks after all of it, from the design and building work to the plumbing, electrics, tiling and finishing, with one team and one person to call.
Plan the kitchen around how you really live
Polegate’s transport connections and green spaces such as Jubilee Nature Reserve suggest different demands on household storage. A great kitchen starts with honest questions: what drives you mad about the one you have now, and what would you change tomorrow if you could? We take those answers, measure the room and check the services, then plan a layout that's practical, sociable and built to last.
Let the house shape the design
Older homes reward a little extra care. We look at ceiling heights, floors, windows and any details you'd like to keep, then plan the new kitchen and finishes to sit comfortably alongside them.
Doing more than the kitchen? Plan the whole house together
A whole-house renovation sounds daunting, but it's simpler with one team in charge. We plan the building work, rewiring, heating, plastering, kitchen, bathrooms and decorating as one project, so you always know what's happening next and who's responsible.
Need help choosing materials?
As well as supplying your kitchen, bedroom or bathroom ourselves, we source products from our sister company, Old Bank Kitchens. You're welcome to visit their showroom to see materials and finishes in person, and we'll install whatever you choose.
