A complete showroom fit-out for our sister company, Old Bank Kitchens. We took it from an unfinished shell to a fully trading showroom in just 10 weeks, with every trade handled by one team.
THE BRIEF
From empty shell to open doors
Old Bank Kitchens needed a showroom in the heart of Steyning that would show their kitchens at their best, and it had to be open in time for the town's annual Christmas market. When we started, the building was an unfinished shell. The deadline was tight and there was no room for slippage.
We took on the whole job, from the first wall to the final coat of paint. Every trade was ours to plan and deliver, which meant one programme, one point of contact and nobody waiting on anyone else.
THE DETAIL
Every trade, one team, one deadline
Plastering, plumbing and heating, electrics and telecoms, carpentry and joinery, tiling, flooring, painting, decorating and wallpapering were all handled by our own team, in the right order. Running everything ourselves is what made a 10-week programme possible.
Work started in October 2023, and the showroom opened for trading in December, in time for the Steyning Christmas market, just as planned.
